Your numbers stay yours.

WattPeek has no accounts, analytics, advertising scripts, paid APIs or server-side calculation storage in this version.

What stays in your browser

Calculations happen on your device. The appliance list is saved in browser local storage if available. Clear the list using the on-page button, or remove this site’s browser data to delete stored entries.

Shared calculations

The share button copies a link containing the form inputs, including appliance name and electricity price. Anyone receiving that link can read those values. The household list is not included. Avoid entering personal or sensitive information in appliance names.

Files and services

Downloads are created on your device. This site uses local styles, scripts and icons, with no external font requests. A hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP addresses and requested URLs according to its own policies. When a calculation is opened from a shared URL, its parameters are included in that request.

External links

Methodology pages link to external reference sites. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.
